The development of students who value themselves as a not only a part of their society but see themselves as a part of a larger cause will aid in the promotion democracy and preserve the integrity of its ideals. Instruction should be designed in a manner that promotes the fundamentals of education stress an eclectic methodology that embraces the individual... ... thought, elevates interest, and therefore creates a desire to learn will eliminate possible disciplinary problems. Instructors must provide a secure learning purlieu that fosters the development or reinforcement of positive self-concepts and intellectual development. The acquisition of skills and knowledge transmitted from teacher to student will aid in the geological formation of individuals capable of making valuable contributions to their present society while furthering the advancement of knowledge for the future.
