It has been seen that in the case of Daimler Chrysler, differing perspectives of the stakeholders were not resolved and controlled by a proper change management process. As a result there was intense suspicion and infighting thusly leading to a failure of the merger. In the second case of an alliance between Renault and Nissan was examined.
